Hello fam, hope you’re all doing good. Its very rare that I request my subscribers to do something.. but when I do, it is a serious and sincere ask. I need your favour in spreading the truth.
Please read this to the end. It's long because it's true.
A father and son went to “creamstone” to have ice cream. They observed a cockroach on the dessert. When questioned the staff, they took the cup, and lied saying it was a "fly" that flew in after serving.
They didn't post a rant. They didn't shout. They did what every responsible citizen is told to do: a written notice asking for what consumer law allows, an apology and compensation, and a complaint to FSSAI.
Here is what came back.
The FSSAI complaint was escalated level after level but no action was taken. The big corporate - Cream Stone has never put an acknowledgment or apology in writing. Instead, its corporate legal team denied the incident, claimed the photo was made with "AI", and demanded that the father and son withdraw their notice and apologise within a week, or face legal action.
The victim answered with facts. The photo's timestamp and GPS data place it at their store, five minutes after the bill was printed, and they offered the phone itself for forensic examination.
There's a name for this playbook: DARVO - Deny, Attack, Reverse Victim and Offender, a term from psychologist Jennifer Freyd.
Deny: it never happened, the photo is "AI."
Attack: legal threats and accusations.
Reverse: the customer who reported a cockroach is told to apologise.
DARVO works because it exhausts you. It makes the person who complained feel like the problem. That is exactly why most people stop. They apologise, go quiet, and the company learns that silence is cheap.
A big corporate chain with a marketing budget can pay Instagram influencers to shape the story. Working class people can't pay anyone to tell theirs. All they have is the truth, and you.
Share this in your own words on LinkedIn, X, Instagram and region-specific groups like Reddit[r/hyderabad/]. Tag FSSAI(x.com/fssaiindia), Creamstone(instagram.com/creamstone.official), their CEO Sheetal Patil(in.linkedin.com/in/sheetal-patil-a852b918). Ask one question: why should a customer apologize for reporting a cockorach found in your deserts
Silence is what makes this easy for them. Let's not give it to them.

Short version for X (fits in 280 characters):
A father and son found a cockroach in their Creamstone ice cream. The company’s reply: "the photo is “AI,” and they should apologise, else we'll take legal action" despite genuine photo
@sudhirscoops , why should a customer apologise for reporting a cockroach? @fssaiindia
